Community helpers play an important role in our life
Learners of grade Nursery under the theme – “How we organise ourselves” explored the Central idea – “People play different roles in the communities in which they belong “
They demonstrated great confidence, cooperation and Balance while doing role play related to different community helpers from hospital, school, police station and fire station.
They enacted the roles of teacher – student, police officers, doctor, nurse and patient. Through these they learnt about the roles and responsibilities of different community helpers. They incresed their knowledge by inquiring about the different community helpers before taking up their roles. This helped them in becoming a better and caring human being of the society.
