Modern Play Group brings children aged one-and-a-half to three into the school’s emotionally secure, child-led environment — from their very first days away from home.

The philosophy that shapes Modern School — affection in place of fear, learning through curiosity — begins here, with the youngest children. Days are built on gentle, predictable routines: play, songs, stories and movement, in spaces designed for small children.
Teachers and dedicated helpers are trained for the earliest years, when a child’s sense of safety is formed. The aim is simple: a child who is happy to come back tomorrow.
From Play Group to Nursery, without a seam.
Children move from Modern Play Group into Modern School’s Nursery and the IB Primary Years Programme — the same campus, the same values, the same way of treating a child. The earliest start a family can give their child at Modern begins here.

Modern Play Group admits children from eighteen months to three years.
